Indemnity:
The Hirer hires the items for times and rates specified above according to the following terms and conditions:
The Hirer shall:
1. Accept responsibility for the loss of or damaged to property and injury to persons using or operating the goods and hereby indemnifies owner / Jump For Fun against any claims which may be made against it by any person.
2. Accept full responsibility for the replacement cost in the event of theft or damage to the goods from the time of collection until returning or from delivery until collection.
Conditions of Hire:
- The item should be placed on a smooth surface, clear of animal droppings.
- Ensure that the items are used and operated under adult supervision.
- No shoes,sharp objects, pets, cigarettes or food allowed on items.
- The blower is an electrical applicance and under no circumstances be left in the rain or submerged in water. The blower should also be taken indoors at night and not left outside.
- IF IT RAINS PLEASE INFLATE CASTLE AFTER IT STOPPED RAINING SO THAT IT CAN DRY, AS THE STICHING GETS DAMAGES IF IT SUBMERGED IN WATER FOR A LONG PERIOD.
- We do not collect items if it is raining. If we need to collect the item on the same day we will collect before the rain or after it has stopped raining.
- If it is raining on the day of your party, you can cancel the booking. If however it only rains after the item is delivered and set up no monies will be refunded.
- Hirer must supply own electrcity, extension cords when needed, water connections, hosepipes etc.
- * BALLS – If balls are not placed back in bag a R100 penalty will be charged .*
- If booking confirmation is sent electronically via email, it is taken as confirmed and can not be cancelled.
- A R100 deposit required on all bookings made.
- If item is cancelled we need 24 Hours notice.
- Terms are Strictly C.O.D. (NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED) or via EFT before delivery.
- NO EQUIPTMENT SHALL BE RELEASED UNLESS FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
- PROOF OF IDENTITY, PROOF OF RESIDENCE, NEEDED WHEN ITEMS ARE COLLECTED. NO ITEM SHALL BE RELEASED WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS.
